THE MHP BLUEPRINT was built in the field, not the classroom — proven through experience, not theory.

I didn’t start this journey with a silver spoon or a safety net — I built it from the ground up in one of the most competitive markets in the country: South Florida.
In 2019, I opened my first real estate investment office in Broward County. I cut my teeth sourcing off-market, distressed single-family and multifamily properties across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Every lead came from pure hustle — door knocking, cold calling, foreclosure auctions, short sales, direct mail, and text campaigns. Over the years, I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars testing what works (and what doesn’t) in direct-to-seller marketing — and turned those hard-earned lessons into a predictable deal-flow machine. I learned how to negotiate with homeowners, navigate court systems, and work directly with attorneys to get deals closed.
After hundreds of transactions, I built a repeatable system for finding deeply discounted properties, negotiating with confidence, and managing both acquisitions and dispositions.
Then in mid 2023, a close friend introduced me to mobile home parks. Once I applied the same data-sourcing strategies I’d been using for years, I was able to connect directly with park owners — and immediately saw the difference. The sellers were more responsive, the competition was far lower, and the deals had stronger cash flow than anything I’d seen in residential or multifamily real estate. I shifted everything and went all in on Mobile Home parks.
We’ve been applying those same proven lead-gen and deal-sourcing systems from South Florida to mobile home parks nationwide. 2 years later, we had acquired a dozen parks totaling over 460 pads — and we’re just getting started.
Through THE MHP BLUEPRINT, I’m sharing the exact blueprint I used to scale — so you don’t have to waste time, money, or energy trying to figure it out on your own. My goal is simple: help you acquire real, cash-flowing assets, build long-term generational wealth, and skip the years of trial and error it took me to get here.
